Donation used to purchase coats, food for students

The North End Slovak Citizens Club of Wilkes-Barre recently made a donation to the Wilkes-Barre Area Career and Technical Center for a holiday party held at the school. The money was used to purchase several hundred items, including food baskets and winter coats, that were given to the students.
