Edward P. Evans

Edward Patrick Evans, son of Ed and Susan Evans, Candor, N.Y., is celebrating his first birthday today, Feb. 16. Teddy is a grandson of Ed and Nina Evans, Hanover Township, and Pat and Deb Pelkey, Oswego, N.Y. He is a great-grandson of Gert Umlah and the late Ed Umlah, Wilkes-Barre Township; Ed Evans and the late Betty Evans, Wilkes-Barre; and Sylvia Frawley and the late Joseph Frawley, Fulton, N.Y.
