Elementary students hold â??Dollar Daysâ?? to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Students at Schuyler Avenue Elementary School sponsored ‘Dollar Days' during the month of October in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness month. Each student was asked to bring in $2 to purchase a pink ribbon, vinyl keychain in an effort to raise money to support the Northeast Chapter of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. The event raised $413. Third row: Joann Homza, Jill Widman, Barry Rogers, Janelle Salaam, Ricardo Alfeo, Alexis Corbett, Wyatt Allred, Julianna Heffron, Kadan Sincavage, Maylan Nicholson and Dolly Woody.
