First Communion class honored at St. Jude School

Members of the second grade First Communion class of St. Jude School in Mountain Top were honored at a school Mass in the parish church. The students led the opening procession, brought gifts to the altar, read the petitions, and sang the Hail Mary at the conclusion of Mass. The Rev. Jerry Shantillo, assistant pastor, was principal celebrant, and Deacon Jeff Tudgay assisted.
