Frontier donation will fund education scholarships

Frontier Communications recently presented the United Way of Wyoming Valley with a gift of $21,250. The contribution was made possible through Pennsylvania's Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program. Funds will be used to provide early education scholarships to area children in need.
