Harmony society installs new officers for 2013

The Wilkes-Barre Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society recently installed the 2013 officers and board members at a ceremony conducted by Philip R. Tuhy, chapter past president and treasurer, at R&D Memories, Hanover Township. Upcoming programs included ‘Singing Valentines' on Feb. 14 and the annual concert on April 20 at Wyoming Area High School, Exeter. Rehearsals are held at 7 p.m. on Mondays in Brooks Estate Community Center on the Wesley Village Campus, Pittston. For information call 285-4810, 696-3385 or 287-2476 or visit www.singwb.com.
