The Luzerne County Interagency Council (IAC) recently hosted a work session to plan the agency's annual holiday breakfast that will take place at 8:45 a.m. on Dec. 10 in the Rivers Room at the Mercy Center, Dallas. IAC members attending are asked to provide an unwrapped gift for the Toys for Tots campaign. Non-members are also encouraged to attend. The Interagency Council creates awareness of human services available in Luzerne County to meet the needs of and improve the quality of life of the people in the community.
