Isabella M. Bigger

Isabella Melissa Bigger, daughter of Cynthia J. Stofey, Plains Township, and John R. Bigger IV, Luzerne, and the stepdaughter of Tara Bigger, is celebrating her seventh birthday today, Feb. 1. Isabella is a granddaughter of Jean Stofey and the late Joseph Stofey, both of Plains Township; Donna and David Ferguson, Luzerne; and John Bigger, Dallas. She has a brother, Joshua, 5.
