• Misericordia won both meetings last season – 62-60 in Wilkes-Barre and 60-53 in Dallas – en route to the team's first Freedom Conference title.

• Monarchs guard Matt Fiorino was named Freedom Conference Player of the Week thanks to a career-high 28-point performance against rival Wilkes. The senior added 18 against Manhattanville while moving into second place all-time in program history by hitting his 190th career three-pointer.

• Tonight's game will be televised live on MyNetworkTV, with tip-off coming at 8:05 p.m. The teams will meet again on Feb. 12 at King's.
