Kirk, Schlichter

Gary and Kimberly Kirk, Dallas, Pa., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Alexa, to Nathan Schlichter, Benton, Pa.

The bride-to-be graduated from Dallas High School in 2008. In May of 2012, she earned a degree in business administration marketing from Bloomsburg University. She works as a claims associate at Kraft Foods, Wilkes-Barre.

The prospective groom is the son of Kevin and Faith Schlichter, Benton, Pa. He graduated from Benton High School in 2008 and attends Bloomsburg University, where he is studying elementary education and special education. He will graduate in December 2013.

The couple will exchange vows on June 8, 2013, at the bride's church in Dallas, Pa.
