WEST PITTSTON - Wyoming police arrested Kenneth Rogers Searfoss, 28, on charges he set a fire at 210 Wyoming Ave. on Jan. 19.

Searfoss was charged with arson, reckless burning, cruelty to animals and criminal mischief.

A cat died in the blaze.
