WILKES-BARRE -- A man was shot in the neck inside an apartment building on South Grant Street at around 7:30 p.m.

The unidentified man was taken by ambulance to Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Plains Township for treatment.

Police said they were looking for a white Honda Accord with two or three people in it in connection with the shooting.
