Miss Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Miss Luzerne Countyâ??s Outstanding Teen crowned

The NEPA Scholarship Pageant Association, Inc. recently crowned Miss Wilkes-Barre/Scranton 2013 and Miss Luzerne County's Outstanding Teen 2013 at the annual pageant held at the Dallas Middle School. Cassie Cerulli, Larksville, was crowned Miss Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. She will represent the area at the Miss Pennsylvania pageant in June, 2013, in Pittsburgh. Katie Schreckengast, Palmyra, was crowned Miss Luzerne County's Outstanding Teen. She will compete for Miss Pennsylvania's Outstanding Teen in June, 2013, in Pittsburgh.
