The Luzerne-Wyoming Counties Mental Health and Developmental Services (MH&DS) and its Training Council on Quality recently held a presentation for more than 100 individuals from various county and community agencies on the latest information on computer security and other legal issues related to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
