â??My mom is best momâ??

It's been 14 months since Damon Szatkowski sustained head injuries in a car crash. He has made significant progress and answered a few questions during interviews for these articles:

Times Leader: What do the people (family, friends, and caregivers) in your life mean to you?

Damon: I love them all and they mean the world to me.

TL: Who is most special in your life and why?

Damon: My mom is the best mom in the universe, and my dad is an inspiration to me.

TL: What about your therapists?

Damon: They make me work harder every day. They are all pretty.

TL: What about your sisters?

Damon: Demetra is very helpful. Talia is very pretty and a little helpful. I love them very much.

And then Damon wrote this:

My mom is an angel for never leaving my side. I know and appreciate everything everybody does for me. Thank you.
