Names and Faces

Matthew Hayden and Gigi Alberti, students from St. Jude School, Mountain Top, recently received awards at the annual fall finals competition of the Diocesan Forensics League, which includes the Holy Redeemer and the Holy Cross systems. Students in grades 5-8 from several area parochial schools participated in the event. The topic was oral interpretation of prose. Hayden earned first place for his presentation in the Junior Varsity division and Alberti earned an honorable mention in the Varsity division.
