News for Veterans

DUPONT: The VFW Post 4909 will meet at 7:30 tonight at the post home. Items of importance will be discussed and reports will be given. Commander Gary Carwardine will preside. The Home Association meeting will take place after the regular meeting. Food and refreshments will be served after both meetings.

PLAINS TWP.: The Ladies Auxiliary of the Plains American Legion 558 will meet at 6 p.m. on Feb. 12 in the legion hall, weather permitting. All members are asked to attend. Dues for 2013 are now due. Senior dues are $16. Cards required to be served.
