One man charged after Plymouth fatal shooting

PLYMOUTH â?? State police said in a press release Sunday afternoon that William Allabaugh, 24, East Main Street, Plymouth, has been charged with criminal homicide and criminal attempt to commit homicide in connection with a fatal shooting in Plymouth early Sunday morning.

Thirty-nine-year-old Scott Luzetsky of Roosevelt Street, Edwardsville, was killed, state police said, and two men, one of them Allabaugh, were injured in a shooting at Bonnieâ??s Bar on East Main Street.

Luzetsky was pronounced dead at the scene by the Luzerne County Coronerâ??s Office.

The shooting happened at about 1:50 a.m. at the tavern.

Stephen Hollman, 29, of East Main Street, Plymouth, suffered a gunshot wound to his head. He is listed in critical condition at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Plains Township.

Allabaugh suffered multiple gunshot wounds and is in critical condition at Geisinger Wyoming Valley.

State police said Allabaugh will be arraigned at a later date before District Judge Donald Whittaker.

Firearms used in the shooting have been recovered.

State police believe the shooting was isolated and there is no immediate threat to the public.

It was not immediately known when an autopsy will be scheduled.
