Osterhout holds essay/poster contest

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Ken L. Pollock Children's Wing, the Osterhout Free Library recently held an essay and poster contest. Children were asked to answer the question, ‘Why I Like the Library' in their entries. Prizes were awarded for the best entry in each category. The essay contest winner was Hannah Chocallo, 10, Wilkes-Barre. The poster contest winner was Samantha Ashford, 8, Wilkes-Barre.
