Pittston Area School District will be closed Friday

YATESVILLE - The +Area+School+District%22>Pittston Area School District is cancelling classes on Friday, Superintendent George Cosgrove said.

Extra-curricular activities scheduled for tonight and tomorrow are also being cancelled, Cosgrove said.  The district has had hundreds of students absent due to flu symptoms.
