PLAINS TWP. – John Mosier Jr., 24, of Jumper Road, Plains Township, was arraigned Thursday on a charge he sold stolen coins at a pawn shop.
Mosier was charged with receiving stolen property. He was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $10,000 bail.
Township police allege Mosier sold presidential coins at a pawn shop on North Washington Street, Wilkes-Barre, on Nov. 3. Police said the coins were stolen during a burglary at a trailer in the Pocono Trailer Court on Nov. 3.
Mosier was not been charged with the burglary.
PITTSTON – Andrew Rabender, 18, of William Street, Avoca, was arraigned Thursday on charges he sold marijuana on Carroll Street on Feb. 24.
Rabender was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. He was released on $2,000 unsecured bail.
