Pride Mobility offers students mentoring opportunity

Pride Mobility Products Corporation and Quantum Rehab recently offered 21 students with disabilities an opportunity to be mentored by career professionals during Disability Mentoring Day at Pride Mobility's Exeter facility. Attendees also included Luzerne Intermediate Unit 18 specialists, learning support teachers and parents. Participants had the opportunity to meet with professionals in research and development, marketing, government affairs, sales and technical service to learn job responsibilities and the necessary knowledge and skills needed for a specific vocation. The event included a tour of Pride Mobility's facility, the test lab and hands-on demonstrations of mobility products. Participants, not in order, are Daniel Stefanowicz, John Hoskins, Tyler Kivler, Greg Nice, Adam Buckman, Victor Calderon, Matt Gleason, Matthew Warcasavage, Chris Evans, James Ziobro, Matthew Lettieri, Zachary Seeley, Collin Slusser, Juan Ramos, Sarah Pryor, Linda Horvath, Alane Zurek, Maura Pambianco, Mary Lou Kocher, Elaine Colburn, Mary Joyce Stefanowicz, Denise Truesdale, Tiffany Tarter, Mary Kate Lambert, Julie Piriano and Madonna Long.
