Get Text Alerts(AP) Spirit Airlines says it plans to add daily nonstop service between Denver International Airport and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport starting Oct. 4.
Spirit returned to the Denver airport in May.
Phoenix would be the airline's fifth destination with nonstop service from Denver.
Spirit is based in Miramar, Fla.
