St. Andre Bessette Parish sponsoring Night at the Races

St. Andre Bessette Parish, Wilkes-Barre, is sponsoring a Night at the Races on Jan. 26 at Monsignor Curran Hall at Holy Saviour worship site, 54 Hillard St., Wilkes-Barre. Doors open at 6 p.m. and post time is 7 p.m. The event includes several regular races, a pick-a-pony bonus race and chances to win cash and theme baskets. Admission is $5 and includes food, beverages and snacks. Tickets are on sale now and can be obtained by calling the parish office at 823-4988. Reserved seating for parties of eight or more is available. Horses are available for purchase for $10. Persons must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
