The Alaimos

Frank and Elizabeth Alaimo, Pittston, are celebrating their 43rd wedding anniversary today, Dec. 23, 2012.

Mrs. Alaimo is the daughter of the late Andrew and Margaret Marsh Kolesar, Wyoming.

Mr. Alaimo is the son of the late Dominic and Tillie Alaimo, Swoyersville.

Mr. Alaimo is a retired truck driver, retired volunteer firefighter and served in the 109th Field Artillery for 30 years.

They have four children: Michael Alaimo, Dupont; Lisa Wolfe and her husband, Shawn, Pittston; Marie Piasecki and her husband, Leo, Duryea; and Frank Alaimo and his wife, Angelika, Las Vegas, Nev.

They have two grandchildren, Michael (Mikey) Alaimo, Wilkes-Barre, and Sarah Marie Piasecki, Duryea.

They are pictured with their granddaughter, Sarah, who turned 10 months old on Dec. 20.
