The Langdons

Joseph T. and Mary Louise Langdon, Plains Township, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Nov. 24, 2012. They were married in Sacred Heart Slovak Church in Wilkes-Barre by the Rev. William Eckart.

Their attendants were Peter Walski and Ann Marie Zumchak Acacio.

Mary Louise is the daughter of Anna Majoros Zumchak, Benton, and the late Stephen Zumchak.

Joseph is the son of the late Anna Yanulavage Langdon and Joseph E. Langdon.

The couple are the parents of four wonderful sons, Joseph T. Jr., Newburgh, N.Y.; Michael, Pittston; Steven, Wilkes-Barre; and Jeffrey, Jim Thorpe.

They have 10 amazing grandchildren, Alyssa, Danielle, Erin, Michael Jr., David, Justin, Joseph, Steven Jr., Edward Joseph and Rachel, whom they cherish.

They were honored at a dinner by their family and friends.
