DUNMORE - There is a traffic backlog from Exit 184 (Moosic St) to Exit 182 (Davis St) due to a previous crash near Exit 182 on ramp. The right shoulder of the highway is closed, according to the state Department of Transportation.

Estimated time of reopening is 4:45 p.m. Motorists should use caution when traveling in the area, PennDOT said.
