One of two winning Cash 5 jackpot tickets worth more than $365,000 from Wednesday‚??s drawing was sold in Wilkes-Barre Township, the Pennsylvania Lottery announced today.
Each ticket correctly matched all five balls, 06-12-14-37-41, to split a jackpot of $730,516, for individual prizes of $365,258, less 25 percent federal withholding.
The two tickets were sold at Smokin Joes, 954 Wilkes-Barre Township Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County; and Sheetz, 3025 Babcock Blvd., Pittsburgh.
Each retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling a winning ticket. Lottery officials cannot confirm the identities of the winners until the prizes are claimed and the tickets are validated. Cash 5 winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes. The Lottery encourages each holder of a winning ticket to sign the back of the ticket, call the Lottery at 717-702-8146 and file a claim at Lottery headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County, or at any of Lottery‚??s seven area offices.
