The Countryside Conservancy is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting lands and waters in and around the Tunkhannock Creek Watershed for public benefit. The Conservancy works in Lackawanna, Susquehanna and Wyoming Counties.

It was established in 1994 by citizens concerned about the loss of trees, stone walls, farmland and other distinctive features of Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Currently, the Conservancy has given permanent protection to 1,000 acres of lands and waters in Norhteastern Pennsylvania.
