Stephanie Sikora and Jared Sullivan were united in marriage during an outdoor ceremony Aug. 20, 2016, in Schenley Park, Pittsburgh.

The bride is the daughter of John and Catherine Sikora, of Larksville. She is the granddaughter of Eleanor and the late Adam Sikora, of Plymouth, and the late Robert and Florence Turchin, of Hanover Township.

Jared is the son of Clay and Cheryl Sullivan, of Pittsburgh. He is the grandson of the late Jerome and Audrey Sullivan, and Ann Fischetti and the late Florian Desrocher, of Pittsburgh.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. She chose her cousin, Tracy Wolf, as her maid of honor; her best friends, Erin Smith and Melissa Landmesser, as her matrons of honor. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Boback, future sister-in-law; Jen Moss, friend of the bride, and Amber Sullivan, sister of the groom.

The groom chose his best friend, Zach Nalitz, as his best man. Groomsmen were Ryan Sullivan, brother of the groom; Jason Zero, cousin of the groom; Joseph Vertullo, Jesse Linton and Brad Mullen, friends of the groom, and Jonathan Sikora, brother of the bride.

A cocktail hour and reception were held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Greentree. The parents of the groom hosted a rehearsal dinner at Vincent’s of Greentree.

Stephanie is a 2003 graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School, 2007 graduate of Shippensburg University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and 2011 graduate of Point Park University in Pittsburgh where she earned her master’s degree in communications. She is employed as marketing coordinator at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney law firm, in Pittsburgh.

Jared is a 1999 graduate of Carrick High School and has been a union carpenter for 18-years. He works for River City Glass, in Pittsburgh.

The couple honeymooned in various national parks and locations throughout a handful of western states. They reside in Baldwin, just outside of downtown Pittsburgh, with their dog, Tuck.
