I have read the story about Keith Martin and I believe that it points out
why the Times Leader is of so little true value to the people of Wyoming
Valley. It seems that the paper has a policy to tear down anything or anyone
that appears “good.’ Couldn’t you have written that same story without
reference to Martin’s stint down south and the $10,000?

It is one thing to report `bad things’ when they happen, but to dig up dirt
from so long ago just to slam the guy, when the rest of the Valley is feeling
proud of him, is disgusting. You should just write for Sayso. Same level of
journalism.
I don’t even know Keith Martin and I felt bad for him. You ought to get the
Poynter Institute’s newsletter on journalistic ethics. You could all benefit
from it.
