Theresa Thomson

Theresa M. (Bodek) Thomson, 82, of Teaneck, N.J., died Thursday at
Birchwood Nursing Home, Nanticoke.
Born in Sheatown, she was the daughter of the late Simon and Catherine
(Grudzial) Bodek. She was a graduate of Newport Township High School and was
employed as an assistant dress designer for several design firms in New York.
She was a member of Holy Child Church, Sheatown.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William; brothers, Bernard,
Bruno, Albert, Anthony, Sylvester and John.
Surviving are brothers, Walter and Stanley, both of Sheatown; Ralph, New
York; cousins; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday from the Grontkowski Funeral
Home P.C., 51-53 W. Green St., Nanticoke, with a Mass of Christian Burial at
10 a.m. at Holy Child Church, Sheatown. Interment will be in St. Mary’s
Cemetery, Wanamie.
