to First Union Arena
   
Area high school students and their parents are invited to attend the
Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling Northeast Regional
College Fair on May 5 at First Union Arena.
   
Nearly 200 colleges, universities, two-year colleges and arts institutes
are expected to attend. The fair will be open 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6:30 to
8:30 p.m. This is the first year the fair, sponsored and organized by
Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling, has been at the
