Michael Kozak, 60, of Wilkes-Barre died Monday at Wilkes-Barre General
Hospital.
   
Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was a son of the late John and Mary (Reno) Kozak.
He was a graduate of Coughlin High School and the University of New Haven. He
was a U.S. Army veteran and was a member of the American Legion Post 8945,
Wilkes-Barre and the Disabled American Veterans. He was a member of St.
Anthony of Padua Church, Exeter.
    He was preceded in death by brothers, John and Elias Kozak; and stepson,
James Quinnan.
   
Surviving are his wife, June Quinnan-Kozak; stepdaughters, Jennilyn Oley,
Exeter; Kerriann Quinnan, Allentown; and six grandchildren.
   
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Friday from the Anthony Recupero Funeral
Home, 406 Susquehanna Ave., West Pittston, with a Mass of Christian Burial at
9:30 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Church, Exeter. Interment will be in West Pittston
Cemetery.
   
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
