    Vincent J. Cerulli, 79, of Kingston, died Friday at Wilkes-Barre General
Hospital.
   
Born Nov. 28, 1923, in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was a son of the late Biagio and
Rose (Lepore) Cerulli. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of World War II and
was employed by the United States Government at General Services
Administration, Wilkes-Barre. He was a member of Church of Christ Uniting,
Kingston, the Wyoming Valley Detachment of the Marine Corps League, Parsons,
and was a fourth degree member of the Knights of Columbus, New York.
   
He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Lois Phillips Bachman;
brothers, Joseph and Anthony; and sister, Mary Scala.
   
Surviving are daughters, Julie Orlandini, Shavertown; Linda Adelson,
Wilkes-Barre; Joanne Heidrich, Maitland, Fla.; Amy Bachman, Kingston; sons,
James Cerulli and Johnson Bachman, both of Kingston; six grandchildren; three
great-grandchildren; brothers, Gerald, Port St. Lucie, Fla.; Louis, Valley
Cottage, N.Y.; sisters, Concetta Faggello, Piedmont, N.Y.; Anita Regina,
Congers, N.Y.; Eleanor Mazzola, Staten Island, N.Y.; and nieces and nephews.
   
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday from the Karl E. Blight Funeral
Home, 392 Wyoming Ave., Kingston, with the Rev. Gregory Myers, officiating.
Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton, Kingston Township.
   
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.
   
Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association,
Wilkes-Barre.
