I DON’T LIVE in Wilkes-Barre, but I like to hear about Mayor McGroarty.
He’s a very visible mayor and at least he’s trying. Sometimes you have mayors
who just work behind the scenes and do mischief and half the time nobody even
knows who their mayor is. I like Mayor McGroarty and I like to read about him.
