Edmund Riccetti

Edmund J. Riccetti Jr., 45, of Plains Township, died Wednesday at Geisinger
Medical Center, Plains Township.
Born in Plains Township, he was a son of Jean (Slabacheski) Riccetti and
the late Edmund J. Riccetti Sr. He was a 1975 graduate of Bishop Hoban High
School and Wilkes-Barre Vocational Technical School. He was employed as a
truck driver for Plains Township for many years. He was a member of SS. Peter
and Paul’s Church, Plains Township.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, is his brother, Mark, Plains
Township; and a nephew.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday from the Corcoran Funeral Home
20 S. Main St., Plains Township, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m.
at Blessed Sacrament Church, Miners Mills. Interment will be in the parish
cemetery, Plains Township.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.
