Charles Yudichak

Charles L. Yudichak, 83, of West Luzerne Avenue, Larksville, died Wednesday
at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Born in Larksville, he was a son of the late Charles and Anna (Hudak)
Yudichak. He was a 1937 graduate of Larksville High School and was a U.S. Army
veteran of World War II, serving in the Philippines and New Guinea. He was
employed by Owens Illinois until retiring. He was a member of the Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Trucksville.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Andrew and Joseph; and sister, Mary
Yudichak.
Surviving are his wife of 52 years, the former Katherine Nordheim; son,
Charles, Kingston; daughter, Theresa Muse, Gilmer, Texas; eight grandchildren;
two great-grandchildren; sisters, Anna Stochla, Kearney, N.J.; Eleanor Worley,
Philadelphia.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday from the Andrew Strish Funeral
Home, 11 Wilson St., Larksville, with Jim Arnold, officiating. Interment will
be in the Chapel Lawn Memorial Park, Dallas.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
