MONICA H. NOVAK, 63, of Wilkes-Barre, formerly of Lansford, Pa., passed away peacefully Sunday evening, August 30, 2009, at Hospice of the VNA, Heritage House, Wilkes-Barre. Born on March 9, 1946, in Summit Hill, she was a daughter of the late Pat and Margaret Marcinko Novak. Surviving are her cousin, Ann Marie Breslin, Port Charlotte, Fla.; loving friends Charlie Harding, Wilkes-Barre, and Tish Harding, Kingston.
