HANOVER TWP. — The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 36 will hold a clam bake on Sept. 12 to raise funds for the family of the late Sgt. Joseph Brozoski Jr. of the Rice Township Police Department.
Brozoski, 41, suffered a fatal heart attack on Feb. 4. He left behind his wife, Lisa, and children, Joelle, 13, and Joseph, 1.
Brozoski was a life-long resident of Mountain Top. He was active in the community, serving as a volunteer firefighter, a coach for the Mountain Top Soccer League and as an umpire for the Mountain Top Little League.
The benefit will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the F.O.P. Lodge, 200 E. Division St., Hanover Township. Food and refreshments will be served. Tickets cost $25 and can be purchased at the lodge. For information, call the lodge at 570-829-3563.
