KINGSTON—Defending state field hockey champion Wyoming Seminary took a first step toward defending its title with an impressive 7-0 victory over Wallenpaupack on Friday.
Sophomore Ashley Sebia led the Blue Knights with two goals and two assists. Madalyn Hackett also had a pair of assists for Seminary.
