Elva “Butch” Benner, 91, formerly of Kingston, died Saturday, February 5, 2011, at the Lakeside Nursing Center, Dallas.
She was born in Kingston, a daughter of the late Archie and Verna Ruckel. Elva’s focus her entire life was her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Plick” Benner, who passed away in 1999.
She loved being Mom to her three children, Susan, Steven and Ellen; and Gram to her grandchildren, Stacey, Kelli, Michael, Elizabeth and Christopher. She also had several great-grandchildren.
Private funeral services were recently held at the convenience of the family. Interment was in Chapel Lawn Burial Park, Dallas.
Arrangements were by the William A. Reese Funeral Chapel, Plymouth.
