Rochelle Dymond and Elora Lencoski from Northwest Area Senior High and Middle School were recently selected by the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association to perform in the Region IV Chorus Festival to be held Feb. 24-26. This year’s festival will include 160 of the best high school musicians from over 50 school districts. The conductor for the program will be Dr. Hank Alviani, director of choral and vocal music studies at Clarion University. The festival host is Seth Hampton, choral director of Williamson High School, Tioga. A public concert will be presented at 2 p.m. on Feb. 26 in the Williamson High School auditorium.
