BOSTON — Mo Williams scored 28 points and the Los Angeles Clippers withstood a late Boston surge to beat the Celtics 108-103 on Wednesday night for their fourth straight win despite a mediocre performance by Blake Griffin.
The Clippers took their biggest lead 65-42 two minutes into the third quarter. They still led 84-68 with 10:28 left in the game before the Celtics went on a 15-2 run that closed the gap to 86-83 on a jumper by Kevin Garnett with 5:39 remaining.
Los Angeles increased that to 104-93, but Boston had one last comeback, scoring the next seven points to make it 104-100. But it came no closer.
DeAndre Jordan had 21 points for the Clippers, while Griffin managed just 12 points as he missed 10 of 14 shots.
Bucks 110, Cavaliers 90
MILWAUKEE — Brandon Jennings and Earl Boykins each scored 18 points to lead the Milwaukee Bucks to a 110-90 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday night.
Boykins had all of his points in the first half, then Jennings scored 14 in the third quarter as Milwaukee enjoyed its second blowout in two days, thanks to 55.1 percent shooting.
The Bucks, who won at Washington, have won back-to-back games for the first time since Jan. 28-29.
Knicks 110, Grizzlies 108
MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Carmelo Anthony made a 16-footer with less than a second left as the New York Knicks withstood a late Memphis rally and beat the Grizzlies.
The winning shot by Anthony, who finished with 31 points, came over Tony Allen after Zach Randolph’s three-point play with 14 seconds remaining pulled Memphis even at 108.
Memphis had one more chance after Anthony’s basket, but an alley-oop attempt to Darrell Arthur was broken up at the basket, giving the Knicks their third straight win and strengthening their hold on the sixth playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.
Timberwolves 101, Pacers 75
MINNEAPOLIS — Kevin Love recorded his 52nd double-double in a row to surpass Moses Malone for the longest such streak since the ABA and NBA merged in 1976 in the Minnesota Timberwolves’ over the free-falling Indiana Pacers.
Love overcame a bruised left knee to put up 16 points and 21 rebounds in just 27 minutes to help the Timberwolves win for just the 16th time this season. Love didn’t waste any time extending the streak, reaching double figures in points and rebounds with just under seven minutes to play in the first half.
Hornets 93, Mavericks 92
NEW ORLEANS — Jarrett Jack scored 21 points, hitting three free throws to complete an unlikely 8-0 run inside the final 1:13, and the New Orleans Hornets edged the Dallas Mavericks.
The Hornets trailed 92-85 when Dirk Nowitzki made a technical free throw, then Marco Belinelli hit a 3 and Emeka Okafor put back Belinelli’s missed reverse layup.
Bulls 101, Bobcats 84
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Derrick Rose and Kyle Korver scored 20 points apiece and the Chicago Bulls pulled away in the fourth quarter to beat the Charlotte Bobcats, a victory dimmed by Carlos Boozer’s leg injury.
Korver had 12 points in the final period and Joakim Noah added 12 points and 13 rebounds for the Bulls, who won for the 11th time in 13 games and expanded their hold on second place in the Eastern Conference to 2 1/2 games over slumping Miami.
Nets 94, Warriors 90
NEWARK, N.J. — Brook Lopez had 26 points and 10 rebounds, and made two made free throws with 3.3 seconds left as the New Jersey Nets beat the Golden State Warriors for their first three-game winning streak in two years.
Anthony Morrow added 22 points for the Nets, who were without All-Star point guard Deron Williams. Sasha Vujacic, who entered the game averaging 8.9 points on 39.7 percent shooting, was 7 of 16 from the field for 16 points, and Kris Humphries chipped in with 11.
David Lee had 17 points and 10 rebounds for the Warriors. Monta Ellis scored 16 points on 7-for-22 shooting, Stephen Curry finished with 15 and Reggie Williams scored 10 off the bench.
Jazz 96, Raptors 94
TORONTO — Al Jefferson scored 34 points, including a game-winning layup at the buzzer, and the Utah Jazz rallied from a 14-point deficit to beat Toronto, extending their winning streak over the Raptors to 12 games.
C.J. Miles and Devin Harris each scored 23 points for Utah, which has not lost to the Raptors since a 98-86 defeat in Toronto on Dec. 22, 2004.
Spurs 111, Pistons 104
SAN ANTONIO — Tony Parker scored 23 points and the San Antonio Spurs bounced back from a humbling loss by beating the Detroit Pistons.
Tim Duncan, who matched a career low with two points in a blowout loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday, finished with 15 points and 12 rebounds in 31 minutes.
Richard Hamilton led the Pistons with 20 points off the bench, while Tayshaun Prince added 16.
Thunder 110, 76ers 105
PHILADELPHIA — Kevin Durant had 34 points and 16 rebounds, and Russell Westbrook added 27 points and 12 assists to lead the Oklahoma City Thunder to a overtime victory over the Philadelphia 76ers.
Nick Collison made it three Thunder players with double-doubles with 13 points and 10 rebounds.
NHL Blues 4, Blue Jackets 3
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Chris Stewart flicked in a backhander 54 seconds into overtime to cap the St. Louis Blues’ comeback from a three-goal deficit for a victory over the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Stewart’s second goal of the game came as he crashed the net on a rush from the left wing, the puck wafting over the right shoulder of goalie Mathieu Garon and nearly knocking his water bottle to the ice.

WASHINGTON — Alex Ovechkin had two goals and an assist to reach 601 career points, and the Washington Capitals beat the Edmonton Oilers for their sixth consecutive victory.
Thrashers 3, Hurricanes 2
RALEIGH, N.C. — Tim Stapleton scored 1:38 into overtime to give the Atlanta Thrashers a 3-2 victory over the Carolina Hurricanes on Wednesday night.
Kings 2, Red Wings 1
DETROIT — Dustin Brown scored with 5:17 remaining in the second period and Jonathan Quick made 28 saves in the Los Angeles Kings’ victory over the slumping Detroit Red Wings.
Anze Kopitar also scored for Los Angeles in the second after Darren Helm opened the scoring for the Red Wings in the first. Detroit has lost four straight and trails Vancouver by nine points for the top spot in the Western Conference.
Lightning 4, Blackhawks 3
TAMPA, Fla. — Steven Stamkos scored his NHL-leading 42nd goal, Martin St. Louis had the shootout winner and the slumping Tampa Bay Lightning snapped a season-high four-game losing streak with a victory over the Chicago Blackhawks.
St. Louis also scored in regulation, helping Tampa Bay build a 3-1 lead before the Stanley Cup champions roared back on goals by Patrick Sharp and Jonathan Toews.
