Officers of the Italian American Veterans of Luzerne County Post 1 were installed at the monthly meeting held at St. Mary’s Antiochian Orthodox Church in Wilkes-Barre. State Rep. Eddie Day Pashinski, D-Wilkes-Barre, was the installing officer. Some of the newly appointed officers, seated, are Joseph DeLuca, commander; Thomas Debortoli, senior vice commander; and LuAnn Corrado, junior vice commander. Standing: Louis Cora, finance officer; William Uggiano, adjutant; Louis Bigiarelli, provost marshal; and Raymond Bianconi, service officer. Absent are Al Cibello; Dominick Ricardo, judge advocate; Joseph Lini, chaplain; and Neno Sartini, public relations officer; and Board of Directors Vincent Aleo, William Uggiano, John Hyder, Anthony DeAngelo, and Saverio Constantino.
