Rice Elementary School recently held its PTA Founder’s Day and Cultural Arts Reflections Program featuring a ‘Together We Can’ theme in the school’s gymnasium. Celebrating 40 years, the PTA Reflections Program is designed to enhance quality arts education for students in preschool through grade 12. The program encourages students to create works of art in the areas of dance choreography, film production, literature, musical composition, photography and the visual arts.
