Students in St. Mary’s Assumption School’s preschool class celebrated Read Across America Day on March 2, the birth date of Theodore Seuss Geisel. The students were awarded with Certificates of Participation from the National Education Association. They also enjoyed a week-long, Dr. Seuss thematic unit incorporating reading, math, social studies, computers, writing, fine motor skills and art.
