January 21, 2000 nne H. McLane, 80, of Parkville, Md., died Friday at Johns
Hopkins Bayview Hospital, Baltimore. Born Nov. 8, 1919, in Nanticoke, she
received a nursing degree from College Misericordia and a librarian education
degree from the University of Maryland. She worked as a librarian for Folger
McKinsey and as a realtor for Chris Carr, both in Severna Park, Md. She was a
nurse in the U.S. Army, having served in the Pacific Theater, Hawaii and Guam.
Surviving are her husband, John Todd, Parkville; sons, John, New York City;
Kevin, Severna Park; and Mark, Parkville; daughter, Molly McLane, Severna
park; four grandchildren; and sister, Mary Kennedy, Mechanicsburg. A funeral
Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in St. John the Evangelist
Church, Severna Park. Interment will be in Veterans Cemetery in Crownville,
Md., at a time to be arranged. An Irish wake will be held after services.
