LEHMAN TWP. – Hughesville rallied from a 12-0 deficit after the first three
bouts to defeat Lake-Lehman, 35-19, in non-conference high school wrestling on
Monday.
Hughesville, ranked 12th in the state in Class 2A, got first-period pins
from Jason Smith (125 pounds), Earl Gordner (140) and Ed Kitzmiller (152) to
spark the comeback.
Kelby Morgan (103), Aaron Kubasik (119), Dave DeLong (160) and Matt Kehler
(275) recorded decisions for Lehman. 103 – Kelby Morgan (L) dec. Nathan
