January 22, 2000 ictor Burawski, of Second Street, Wyoming, died Saturday at
Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Born Aug. 18, 1913, in Wyoming, he was the son
of the late Konstanty and Stella (Szatkoski) Burawski. He worked for General
Cigar Co. and was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. Surviving are his
sisters, Mary Risko and Frances Serbin, both of Johnson City, N.Y.; and
Margaret Burawski, at home; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services
were from the Bednarski Funeral Home, Wyoming, with a Mass of Christian Burial
at St. Joseph’s Church, Wyoming.
